Guest Service Associate (Front Desk)

We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys hospitality. As a Guest Service Agent at The Ellery Hotel you’re creating a welcoming, comfortable space that sets the tone for every guest’s stay. This is a great role for someone who likes variety, meeting new people, and being part of a close-knit boutique hotel team.  This position includes effective reservation sales, handling all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assisting in all phases of guest experience such as check-in, check-out, breakfast and problem resolution. This is a full time position with benefits. Weekend availability is required.
