Guest Service Attendant (3rd Shift)

Description

The Guest Services Attendant role at Bubbleland is the center of our frontline customer service and cleaning function. This role works in the laundromat and is responsible for helping customers with laundry machines, cleaning the store, taking and processing Wash & Fold orders, answering phones and other customer facing responsibilities. 

During 3rd shift this role is focused on deep cleaning the entire facility and every machine, instructions and equipment will be provided.  

This role reports to a store manager.

Requirements

 - Strong Work Ethic

 - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

 - Availability during 3rd shift (11pm - 7am and some weekends)

 - A team oriented attitude

 - At least 5 years work experience in retail, restaurants, cleaning or other related industry

 - High School Diploma (or equivalent)
