Guest Service Representative – TPI Hospitality

• Location: Courtyard in Maple Grove


• Position: Front Desk 


• Shift: Friday -Monday (7am - 3pm shift) |32 hours 


• Pay:$17-19

Key Responsibilities

● Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests

● Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services

● Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly

● Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
