Guest Service Supervisor

The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We’re hiring a Guest Service Supervisor to help lead our Front Desk and Bell team ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the General Manager and serving as Manager on Duty when senior leadership isn’t on property.

What You’ll Do

• Direct shift coverage, scheduling, and training for Guest Service Associates and Bell Persons


• Welcome and check in guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine attention to detail


• Manage reservations, guest accounts, and property management system accuracy


• Champion guest preference and personalization so every stay feels considered


• Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless

What You’ll Need

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience; supervisory experience a plus


• Boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel experience preferred


• Strong communication skills and composure under pressure


• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays


• High school diploma or equivalent; must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Job Type

$21.00 per hour  |  Full-Time  |  Hourly (Non-Exempt)  |  New Orleans, LA
