The Guest Services Representative helps create a welcoming and comfortable experience for hotel guests. This role manages front desk activities, assists with reservations and guest requests, processes transactions, and ensures clear communication with guests and hotel team members.

Responsibilities

  Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.

  Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.

  Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.

  Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

  Manage multiple front desk tasks while maintaining organization and efficiency.

  Resolve routine guest issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

  Use hotel management software and office applications for daily operations.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

  Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
