Position Summary

As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll support our Landscape Projects Team in all areas of masonry, hardscaping, and softscaping. You’ll work hands-on installing patios, walkways, stone walls, steps, and plantings that reflect the Pungitore standard of quality and detail.

Experience is a plus and will influence starting compensation, but what matters most is your attitude, integrity, and drive to learn.  Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects
• Support softscape tasks including planting, new lawn installations, grading, and landscape finishing
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with Crew Leaders, Foremen, and teammates
• Uphold the company’s high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer respect  

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependability and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
• Prior landscape or hardscaping experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
• Employment Eligibility in the U.S.
• Ability to start in Kingston MA at 7am M-F (Saturdays are optional)
• Ability to work up to 12 hour days (typical day is 7am-5pm)
• DOT - must have before beginning work
• Hoisting License - not required but is a plus
