Hardware Pull Center (HPC) Associate

Job Summary:

The HPC Associate will work closely with both the HPC and Shipping Teams. This will be key in working to increase throughput, reduce operating costs, and most importantly, ensure a steady flow of packed hardware orders to our production & shipping team.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities: (These requirements are in addition to any and all Viewrail employment requirements and policies.)

Responsibilities:

Pull large stock orders (rods and posts)

Restocking of products at the end of the day

Process orders out of OD2

Ship orders UPS

Operate a saw to cut cardboard tubes for packaging

Other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent organizational skills

High attention to detail and processes

Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.

Desired Skills:

A passion for doing high quality work.

High attention to detail.

Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.

Self-start / self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.

Capacity to handle pressure.

Strong work ethic, and the ability to handle peak work times.
