Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our team!

We provide quality in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mobility and daily activities

  
  


• 
  

  Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

  
  


• 
  

  Accompany clients to appointments and outings

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate important changes to the agency and family

  
  


• 
  

  Respond appropriately in emergency situations

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Licensed and insured driver

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  
  


• 
  

  U.S. work authorization

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, compassionate, and respectful attitude

  
  

Typical hours: 12–20 hours/week, with opportunities for up to 40+ hours depending on availability and client needs.
