Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\n * Develop and execute a global strategy for Compensation \u0026 Recognition in alignment with the company\u0027s goals and framework, meeting targets in collaboration with the Corporate Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE).\n * Create competitive compensation and benefits packages to motivate, retain, and attract talent in the Americas region (US, Mexico, Brazil \u0026 Canada).\n * Define key performance indicators (KPIs) reflecting strategic priorities, monitoring trends, and measuring impact.\n * Support the company\u0027s cash flow and financial resilience through effective Compensation \u0026 Recognition strategies.\n * Define the Compensation \u0026 Recognition strategy for the Americas region in collaboration with the Corporate CoE.\n * Implement compensation and benefits strategies aligning with the company\u0027s business objectives, supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement, while ensuring alignment with the company\u2019s budget/investment plan.\n * Design innovative and flexible compensation \u0026 recognition solutions to engage talent, including retention and attraction strategies.\n * Lead the governance of retirement plans for employees and executives, managing third-party relationships, plan administration, and governance.\n * Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts with third-party providers, and ensure processes adhere to HR/global standards and local regulations.\n * Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.\n * Partner with HR and business leaders to develop effective communication and education programs related to compensation and benefits.\n * Ensure a strong link with Performance Management for consistent results monitoring and reward.\n * Develop and implement innovative instruments regarding compensation \u0026 benefits, such as equity plans and variable pay plans.\n * Manage the company\u0027s 401k and pension plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance and support to employees. Conduct annual plan audits.\n\n\n\nThis role is available to candidates based in the United States.\n\nYour Skills \u0026 Experiences\n\n * 15+ years broad HR experience, with deep expertise in HR CoE and Compensation \u0026 Benefits.\n * Proven experience in a senior HR role or in a comparable position, ideally in semiconductor or globally operating technology company\n * Exceptional strategist and out of the box thinker with experience in driving strategic insights from data.\n * Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key internal \u0026 external stakeholders.\n * Experience in constructively collaborating with all stakeholders \u2013 working towards the best for the company.\n * Experience with Qualified and Non-Qualified 401k \u0026 Pension Programs.\n * Experience with self-insured health programs.\n * Project management and leadership capabilities\n * Conceptual design and global mindset.\n * Strength based leadership mindset.\n * Strong understanding of reward and compensation schemes (variable incentive plans)\n * High level of HRIT System acumen, Oracle a plus.\n * Deep market understanding and trends in compensation and recognition and benefits.\n * Finance skills and understanding of tax laws.\n * Experience in North and South America benefit and compensation regulations, requirements, and market competitive programs.\n * Effective written and verbal communication skills.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
