Head of Marketing

EBAS Group is partnering with a seed-stage AI startup building the agent operating system for hospitality.

Their AI agents handle text and voice conversations for property managers, hotels, and vacation rental operators, with calls, SMS, email, and web chat in one thread. The 12-person team was founded in 2024. It has several product launches coming up and is building a full-service operations arm. They’re now hiring a Head of Marketing to own marketing end to end, with product marketing at the center.

What you’ll do:

• Own positioning and messaging for hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts


• Lead product launches, turning new releases into announcements, demos, and release notes


• Build the marketing site, solutions pages, and signup funnel flows


• Turn sales and support calls into use cases and case studies


• Create sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards


• Run founder LinkedIn, video, webinars, blog, and field events


• Use AI tools to match the output of a full team, then build the team from those results

What you bring:

• 4 to 6 years in product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company


• Experience marketing products with large surface area, high customizability, or technical depth


• Hands-on execution across push and pull channels: outbound, events, SEO, social, and case studies


• Strong storytelling skills. You simplify complex concepts into clear messaging for operators and executives alike.


• Startup experience and a habit of doing the work yourself


• Bonus: experience leading a marketing team, daily AI tool use, or a background in hospitality, travel, or proptech


• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with US work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
