Key Responsibilities\n\nOwn regional fulfillment escalations that have reached Tier 3 escalation level or require executive level management.\n\nDrive aligned recovery actions across Planning, Procurement/SAM, FSO, GCC, Spares Execution, and Site teams.\n\nFacilitate decision\u2011making on allocation, substitution, recovery plans, and customer commitments\n\nEnsure accountability and follow\u2011through across all stakeholders without owning day\u2011to\u2011day transactional execution\n\nProvide clear, consistent communication package to all stakeholders involved within the escalation including partners within impacted regional fulfillment team.\n\nHelp institutionalize consistent regional fulfillment processes, tools, and governance\n\nManage cross-functional projects within Fulfillment and Operations.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal processes and timelines.\n\nPrepare and present status reports and updates to stakeholders.\n\nCollect and analyze specific customer data to identify process improvement areas.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.\n\nIdentify gaps in fulfillment process and drive containment and long term corrective actions for process improvements\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.\n * Has intermediate level of knowledge of customer order fulfillment, systems, and tools, such as SAP.\n * Able to collect and analyze data in order to solve problems, improve processes and make decisions.\n * Understands supply / demand signals\n * Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work\n * Has knowledge of semiconductor equipment industry and customer expectations\n * Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
