Health & Beauty Clerk

A Day in the Life:

Join our team as a General Merchandise/Health & Beauty Stocking Clerk and help keep our store looking its best! In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are fresh, clean, and easy to find for our customers. From everyday essentials to health and beauty favorites, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming shopping experience. What you bring to the table:

• Customer Interaction Skills: Clear, helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions


• Stocking & Merchandising: Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards


• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments


• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items


• Organization & Time Management: Managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas


• Inventory Awareness: Monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering processes


• Equipment Use: Handling tools such as pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices following safety guidelines


• Adaptability: Comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout the shift


• Physical Capability: Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments including backroom and outdoor areas

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)


• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred


• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines


• Basic math and communication skills required


• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English


• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
