Health & Safety Administrator   (Phoenix, AZ 85034)  18-23/hour

Responsible for administrating elements of the FAA Drug and Alcohol program for Aerospace company locations regulated under Part 145 Certificated Repair Stations and HSE Administrative technical support

* Knowledge of DOT/FAA drug and alcohol program regulatory requirements.
* Ensures compliance with random testing records and badge sticker documentation.
* Oversee the safety sensitive release to hire process with sites.
* Keep records up-to-date for eligibility spreadsheet, background verifications, laboratory, etc.
* Train supervisors, HR Representatives and HSE on program requirements and track annual training.
* Work with Medical Review Officer (MRO) as necessary for obtaining results and communicating.
* Manage FAA Random Pool and Testing Process.
* Good capability with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Strong organizing/coordinating skills to support Aerospace Governance and Emerging Regulations.
* Preferred, good understanding of HON Level 2 standards.
HSE&F, HR or Other degree preferred or 2+ years experience with FAA and D&A programs and general HSE.

4-5 Month Contract +/-

Shift: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$23/hr DOE
