The Bellflower at Whispering Ridge, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a dedicated Health & Wellness Director to lead our wellness team and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Wellness Team by providing coaching, support, and clinical guidance.
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing wellness needs.
• Ensure exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents, physicians, pharmacies, families, and healthcare partners.
• Monitor resident health, identify changes in condition, and implement appropriate clinical interventions.
• Oversee medication management and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in resident admissions and assessments to ensure appropriate placement and care.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support when needed.
• Promote a positive, team-focused culture built on accountability, compassion, and respect.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled, including some evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with medication management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation and healthcare software.
