Healthcare Litigation Associate

Our Client is seeking a mid-level health care litigation associate to join our national health care practice in our new Charleston office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, significant litigation or clerkship experience and superb writing, research, and communication skills. 

The ideal candidates will possess 4+ years of experience in health care or complex litigation, with substantial writing experience, needing little to no supervision to deliver a strong final work product. Experience in litigation, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing depositions is required, with a preference for federal litigation. 

Candidates with experience in health care reimbursement compliance, defense and litigation, with an emphasis on government and private payer disputes is strong positive. 

The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
