Job Description - Healthcare Operations Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities to ensure efficient and high-quality patient services.

• Supervise administrative and clinical support teams while promoting a collaborative work environment.

• Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, and patient satisfaction metrics.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement operational policies and process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across departments.

• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior leadership.

• Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and local leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or medical office management.

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and operational best practices.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional-level English communication skills.

• Business-level Japanese proficiency preferred.
