Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Healthcare Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our operational processes. This role ensures that billing operations, administrative workflows, and client services run efficiently, supporting both internal teams and external healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows within the healthcare billing process.
• Coordinate with internal billing teams, healthcare providers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and company policies.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training staff on operational procedures, software, and compliance standards.
• Support billing cycle management, including claims processing, denials management, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for workflow optimization and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, billing, or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and billing software systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with revenue cycle management and claims processing.
• Project management or process improvement experience in healthcare operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
