Job Summary:

As a Cook at Buffalo Wild Wing GO (BWW GO), you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature wings and other menu items to ensure that all food is of the highest quality and presented in accordance with our standards. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to BWW GO recipes and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, marinating, and seasoning.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain food quality and prevent contamination.
• Engage with customers, answering any questions about menu items or ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
