Hedis Abstractor

Aerotek, headquartered in Hanover, Md., is a leading provider of technical, professional and industrial staffing services. Established in 1983, Aerotek is an operating company of Allegis Group, the largest provider of staffing services in the U.S. Aerotek operates a network of more than 200 non-franchised offices all over the U.S., Canada and Europe

Candidate will work with the HEDIS team to collect member records and conduct reviews of these records by contacting providers and placing the results collected into a specific data base. These reviews are conducted on site in provider office or hospital institution. Travel will be required, and they may have to stay over in hotel for more remote locations. All travel will be reimbursed. Candidates must follow up on requested medical records with providers, attend training, and pass assessments, and work closely with the accreditation department.

This position is with a very large insurance company, very well known.
