Average Daily Volume: 12 -14 patients/day

Support Staff: 3 RNs, 4 MAs, 3 APPs
No of Exam Rooms: 8
Lab & X -ray onsite
Oncology Clinic is attached to Chemo Treatment Center & hospital

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE
Licenses: CA
DEA: Active
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Min 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty; clean file required for temp privileges

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology/oncology care to patients.
Manage chemotherapy patients and collaborate with oncology treatment center.
Document patient encounters and medical records using Epic EMR.
Participate in clinic schedule including 8 -hour shifts with one -hour unpaid lunch.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team including nursing, MAs, and PAs/NPs.
