• Shift Schedule: 4 days, 10 -hr shifts

- Preferred: M, T, Th, F; 4 months contract initially

• Patient Volume: 8 -12

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Physicians in Practice: 2

• Mid -levels in Practice: 2 APPs

• Other Info: Locum will be working on one site only; No residents at the practice currently.

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active ME License

• BC

• NPDB report (pulled within the last month or within 90 days)

• With Hematology/Oncology experience

• With BOTH inpatient heme experience and with chemotherapy ordering experience

• With experience in using EMR & EPIC
