• Shift Schedule: Mon -Fri; 8a -5p

- FTE, 3 -6 months

- 1 -hr unpaid lunch

• Patient Volume: 15 -20

- Some patients is chemo visit & may only require a signature from MD

• Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff

• Procedures/Duties:

- Hematology Onco: Chemo administration & Treatment of Anemias, Lymphomas, Bleeding disorders & Carcinomas

- Medical Onco: CNS, Chest, Skeletal neoplasm & Head/neck neoplasms

- Breast tumors, Gynecological, Other (misc. cd's)

• EMR: EPIC (CareLink)

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active HI License or IMLC

• BC

• DEA/CSR

• NPDB Report
