- Hospital (Call/Rounding) 1 -5

• Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric, OB

• Physician in Practice: 3 physicians

• Case Mix : Hematology 60% Oncology 40%

• Duties:

-Participation on a tumor board

-Orders Tests

-Orders Images

-Prescribes

• Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist

• Support Staff: 2 APPs; Radiation oncologist

• Trauma Level: II

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CT License

• BC

• BLS

• NPDB Report
