Job Description - Hematology & Oncology Physician

• Support Staff:

- 8 APPs, Robust multidisciplinary support team

- Nurse Navigators & Social workers

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- Willingness to travel approximately 6 days per month to rural outreach clinics

- Values autonomy within a supportive, collaborative system

- Passion for rural medicine and outreach -based oncology care

Requirements:

• Active CO License or willing to obtain

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)

• DEA

• Willing to travel

• NPDB Report
