Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days (expedited available for clean files)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC
Licenses: WA or IMLC
DEA: Yes
Fellowship: Preferred
Experience: Inpatient oncology hospitalist experience preferred
Other Qualifications: Clean file required for expedited privileges

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient medical oncology and hematology care as hospitalist
Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges in a 7-on/7-off schedule
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team including nursing, pharmacy, and subspecialists
Document patient encounters and orders in Epic EMR
Participate in quality improvement and adherence to evidence-based protocols
