Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging tours, illustrating the history and significance of key coastal sites.
• Interact with guests, answering questions and providing insights to enhance their experience.
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of local history, flora, and fauna.
• Collaborate with the team to create informative materials and resources for tours.
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants throughout the tour.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role or customer service position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for history and the environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Fluency in multiple languages.
