Patient Service Representative (1 FT positions) 

Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Service Representative in our Hershey, PA location., Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. 

The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare work orders 


• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans


• Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services


• Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately


• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures


• Provide excellent customer service to all patients


• Assure flow of service


• Complete other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

• High school graduate


• Knowledge of anatomy and medical code is a plus
