Required Qualifications:

  Hold a N.J. CE, CEAS, or Standard teaching certification.

  Successful clearance of a criminal history background check (CHR).

  Hold a Bachelor of Biology or Education degree or higher.

  
  

Job Description

• 
  

  Prepare lesson plans, tests, and assignments for biology.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise students during investigations and experiments.

  
  


• 
  

  Teach students from different backgrounds, with varying aptitudes and interests.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate student progress regularly and prepare progress reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with implementing the New Jersey Department of Education Core Curriculum Content Standards.
