High School Nurse

Full-Time | 12-Month | ExemptSalary: $62,000–$66,000 annually

Solebury School (New Hope, PA) is seeking a caring, approachable, and experienced School Nurse to join our Health Services Team. In our close-knit boarding and day school community, our nurses do more than provide medical care-they become trusted adults and an important source of support for our students.

The School Nurse provides care to students, faculty, and staff; manages medications and health records; communicates with families and colleagues; and helps coordinate medical appointments and transportation. The ideal candidate enjoys working with teenagers, brings sound clinical judgment and a calm presence, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

This position includes a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts, coordinated with the Director of Health Services. Flexibility and a willingness to work evenings and weekends are required. Summer opportunities are also available. This position will work 4-5 shifts weekly, as coordinated with the Director of Health Services.

We are also advertising a part-time position, as well.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program


• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license


• Current CPR certification


• School nursing or experience working with adolescents preferred


• Magnus Health experience a plus
