The Arc, Ocean County Chapter is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized High School Transition Coordinator Advisor to join our EDGE Program. This rewarding position supports 85 to 100 blind and visually impaired high school students as they prepare for employment, post secondary education, and independent adulthood.

Position Summary
The High School Transition Coordinator Advisor provides individualized transition services to students participating in the EDGE Program. Working closely with students, families, schools, employers, and community partners, the Coordinator helps students develop the skills and confidence needed for successful employment and independent living.
This is a primarily community based position with flexibility to work remotely. Attendance at scheduled on campus meetings, community events, workshops, and student activities is required. Some evening and occasional Saturday hours are required.
