Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in San Jose, California.

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No nights or weekends required
• No call coverage responsibilities
• Average daily patient volume of approximately 16–20 patients
• Outpatient-only primary care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan
• Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
• Perform preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EMR

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary range: $159,000–$187,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• 95% employer-paid health insurance
• Dental and vision insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match
• 13 paid holidays annually
• 13 vacation days plus 12 sick days
• CME allowance plus paid CME time
• State and HRSA loan repayment eligibility
• Malpractice insurance coverage
• Annual license reimbursement and renewal support

• Family Nurse Practitioner license in California REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience REQUIRED
• Primary care experience REQUIRED
• Experience managing an independent patient panel preferred
• Strong outpatient clinical and relationship-building skills REQUIRED
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates welcomed but not required
