Job Description - Highline Vehicle Sales Associate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of success in a luxury dealership environment, delivering white-glove experiences to discerning clientele.


 


As a Sales Associate, you will serve as an ambassador of excellence—curating personalized automotive experiences that reflect the sophistication and performance of our elite marques. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to build enduring relationships with clients who expect nothing less than exceptional.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Welcome every guest with impeccable professionalism, providing a consultative approach tailored to their lifestyle and preferences.

  • Present our curated inventory of high-line vehicles, articulating each vehicle’s craftsmanship, performance, and prestige.

  • Orchestrate an engaging and elevated test drive experience that brings each model to life.

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations at every touch-point.

  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge across all brands, including updates on technology, performance, and luxury enhancements.

  • Foster long-term client relationships through consistent communication, bespoke service, and an exceptional post-sale experience.

  • Liaise seamlessly with our service and finance departments to ensure a truly comprehensive and effortless ownership journey.


 


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive sales, with a strong preference for high-line or ultra-luxury vehicle clientele.

  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass individual performance targets in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

  • Polished, professional presence with elevated communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.

  • A passion for luxury automobiles and the lifestyle they represent.

  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.


 


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to stand, walk, and drive vehicles for extended periods of time.

  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Saturday, 45-55 hours per week).
