Highly Experienced Property Manager

Banyan Living is actively seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead operations across our multifamily luxury and conventional apartment communities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in property management, a passion for exceptional resident service, and proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and overseeing daily property operations.

• Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience in multifamily residential properties.
• Proven success managing properties with 150+ units preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Fair Housing laws, lease administration, and property management best practices.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi Voyager.
• Ability to manage budgets, monitor NOI, and drive occupancy and resident retention.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing luxury or Class A/B+ multifamily housing a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM an advantage.
