Job Description - HIM Manager




A facility near Dodge City, KS is seeking a HIM Manager to join their team!



HIM Manager Opportunity:



  • Full-time, permanent opportunity

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri

  • Oversee daily HIM operations, including medical records management and release of information (ROI)

  • Supervise and support HIM staff, including workflow oversight, training, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to documentation, privacy, and health information accuracy



HIM Manager Qualifications:



  • HIM Manager must have RHIT certification

  • 3–5+ years HIM experience in a hospital setting (ROI, records, compliance exposure)

  • Prior lead or supervisory experience overseeing staff or HIM workflows
