Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):

As a Crew Trainer, you're the mentor, the motivator, the spark that turns new hires into allstars. You're all about helping teammates learn the ropes while keeping the energy high and the standards higher. You're part trainer, part cheerleader, and 100% burger-loving legend.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome new hires like they're your long-lost bestie


• Teach them everything-from grill basics to customer service magic


• Lead by example in every station (you walk the walk and talk the talk)


• Keep training fun, clear, and hands-on (no boring lectures here)


• Track progress, give feedback, and celebrate milestones


• Work with managers to keep training fresh and effective


• Keep the crew culture strong, supportive, and seriously awesome

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has been crushing it on the HipBurger team (or similar role)


• Knows the ins and outs of back-of-house and front-of-house


• Is a natural leader and a great communicator


• Brings big energy and positive vibes to every shift


• Can coach without being bossy, and teach without being boring


• Is 18+ with solid availability (weekends, evenings, etc.)
