[Holland, MI] Safety Manager-Korean Bilingual

Location: Holland, MI

Employment Type: Full-time contract

Contract Duration: 3–5 months, with possible extension

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually, prorated for the contract period, plus expenses

Required Certification: OSHA 30

We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements.
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and perform root cause analyses.
• Deliver employee safety training and toolbox talks.
• Manage JHA, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, and PPE programs.
• Track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements.

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or HSE.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, or construction.
• Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Korean and English bilingual skills preferred.
