Home Care Aide

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to join our team at University Home Care Inc in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping and errands to maintain a safe and healthy home environment.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory team.


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care.


• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with clients and their families.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to pass background checks.


• Previous home care experience is a plus.
