Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Milford, MI. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands as needed.


• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.


• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals and family members.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with care-giving.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
