About PACE North

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique, mission-driven program that helps individuals aged 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes.

We provide comprehensive care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants’ homes across a 7-county area, with Grand Traverse at the center. Since opening in 2019, PACE North has been growing rapidly—and we’re just getting started!

What You’ll Do

As part of our dedicated home care team, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to participants in their homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Supporting light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation
• Taking vital signs and documenting participant care
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
