Job Summary
The Home Care Field Trainer / Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Direct Care Workers by delivering hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to ensure the highest standards of client care. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The role includes one required in-office day per week, with the remaining days spent working in the field. All shifts begin and end at the office located at 624 Mulberry St., Milton, DE.
Physical Demands
