Home Care Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Livonia, MI area. This role involves delivering personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


• Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress


• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and post-treatment care


• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan


• Kinnser and Access knowledge is a plus 


• Experience in home care or related nursing field preferred


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
