Home Care Scheduler – Senior Helpers
Schedule: Full-Time (occasional on-call) 11 Am-8PM 

We’re looking for an organized, solution-driven Scheduler to ensure the right caregiver is matched with each client.

Responsibilities:

• Manage caregiver schedules


• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs


• Handle call-offs and schedule changes quickly


• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team


• Assist as a caregiver when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Scheduling or home care experience preferred


• Reliable, detail-oriented team player
