Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide quality care and support to our clients in Milford, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health status


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is an asset, but NOT required


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus


• Ability to pass a background check
