Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Highland Township, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel


• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers


• Assist with mobility and transportation as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
