Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home support to clients in Clawson, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and laundry.


• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.


• Monitor client health and report any changes to healthcare providers or family members.


• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.


• Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and with compassion.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.


• Ability to pass background checks.


• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
