Home Equity Closer

In the role of the Home Equity Closer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently requesting payoffs for Home Equity Lines of Credit. Is includes requesting payoff amounts from external banks and calculating internal payoff amounts. You will thrive in this role through your attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

Primary responsibilities include

• Request payoff amounts from an external lenders
• Work closely with the closing team to ensure all applications are worked in a timely manner in order to meet a closing date
• Maintain a pipeline

• Adhere to department standards and complete files within the department SLA

   

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced work environment
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior payoff experience preferred
  • Willing to work overtime when needed

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm (4 days a week in Johnston, RI)
