Assist Chief Operation
Officer with the daily functions of the company.
Intake/ Schedule
clients with caregivers.
Assist with the hiring
process of caregivers and any other staff needed, recruiting, screening,
interviewing, orientation, training caregivers.
Responsible for all
duties related to service inquiry calls including; taking the initial service
inquiry calls to schedule in -home assessments, tracking all progress with
prospects. Performing the assessments, converting new prospects into clients
and following up with undecided prospects.
Must be familiar with
business promotions and sales to help attract more clients. Able to conduct
marketing related activities in order to increase clients through participation
in community events and organizations, in -person, phone and written
communication and managing advertising.
Must be able to work
with sales team and answer questions.
