We have immediate openings for Home Health Aids (HHA) throughout the Twin Cities area.
Shakopee/Prior Lake/Savage:
Client: Female | doubleamputee | Assist with ADL's | light housekeeping|cats/birds | transportation
Shifts: Weekdays 9P-9A and Weekends 8P-8A
Client: Male | Parkinson's \ Assist with ADL's
Shifts: Weekdays 5:30P-7:30A and Weekends 8P-8A
Client: 10yo boy |Down's | FeedingTube | Leg Braces
Shifts: M-F 7:30A-9:30A and 3P-5P
Maplewood:
Female client -Assist with ADL's | transportation
Shifts:10A-2P Mon/Fri/Sat. and Daily Sun-Sat 4pm-7pm
Apple Valley:
Client: Female/Parkinson's | Assist with ADL's and toileting
Shifts: 8A - 8P Daily including weekends
Minneapolis:
Clients: 3 and 4 year old boys |care after school to bedtime | play/entertain boys | help to self-regulate behaviors | meal prep | clean up after dinner/dishes | Assist with
bedtime/bath/dressing | parent in the home during care
Shifts: 2:30P-7:30P Mon-Thu
Savage:
Male client- | dementia |assist with all ADL's
Shifts: 4 hour shifts 3X/week -days and times are flexible
Male client- |Lewy Body Dementia | Must have experience w/Parkinson’s | Dementia |
Shifts: 3p-8p 5 days/week- flexible on the days
Wayzata/Chaska/Plymouth:
Male client in Chaska -light housekeeping| meal prep |transportation/errands | diabetic | client is a heavy smoker
Shifts:10A-2P M/W/F
Male/Female clients in Wayzata - Alzheimer's | Parkinson's |ADL's | couple lives in a memory care facilty
Shifts: Daily 8a-12p & 4p-8p
Female client in Plymouth - | transportation | errands | 2 small/medium sized dogs |
Shifts: 11a - 1p Tue or Wed and Fridays

Job Description:
HHAs provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other
afflictions.We also support children and teenagers who are uanable to care for themselves and need support to navigate school and life.
Home care may include, but are not exclusive to:
- hands-on care
- light housecleaning
- laundry
- meal preparation
- transportation
- companionship
- household activities.
HHAs are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.
- Pass a state background check.
- Pass a drug screening test.
