Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide exceptional care to clients in Monroe, MI. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Help with mobility and light exercises as needed


• Monitor and report changes in client condition to healthcare professionals


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health protocols

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
