Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide at University Home Care Inc, you will provide compassionate and personalized in-home care to clients in the Marysville, MI area. You will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the privacy of their own homes. This role requires dedication, empathy, and the ability to work independently while following care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing


• Provide support with mobility and exercises as directed


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare supervisors


• Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and errands


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a caregiving role is a plus


• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Marysville, MI


• Ability to pass background check
